A simple and plain dish, 15 minutes preparation and 5 minutes cooking
100 gm spaghetti
1 cloves garlic
1/4 fresh chilli
2-3 table spoon canola oil
50-100g minced beef
Fill pot of water enough to cook the pasta, add some oil, salt and when the water starts to boil, insert pasta and cook al-dente (13 min for san Remo)
While waiting for your pasta to cook, sauté with canola oil; chopped garlic, shallot, chilli, onions. Then add minced beef with some black pepper and stir fry for another minute.
When the pasta cooks, drain it and add to the sautéed ingredients earlier, stir fry for another 2-3 minutes and finally add tomato ketchup, stir fry for one minutes to fused everything together.
